Great breakfast spot, with a long wait usually on the weekends. But worth the wait! Their waffles are the best!
I've never heard anyone talk about Toast, but it seems like the kind of place the people would overstate how good it is. It has good food, to be sure, but the variety, the service and the prices aren't all the great. I did enjoy Toast and I will go back, but I will not go back with any regularity.
One of life's pleasures - love the food, location and value for money. Too good. Entrance needs an uplift, worn from all the customers.
I think Toast is a little overrated in the 3rd Street scene, sure the food is pretty good, and yes the red velvet cupcakes are amazing, but the prices? a little pricey if you ask me, plus parking is pretty hard to come by. But if you order the banana cream pudding or the cookies 'n' cream pudding those thoughts will just melt away, too bad the calories couldn't too.
