Description
The soba (thin buckwheat noodles) and udon (thick flour noodles) at this Japanese restaurant, tucked in a minimall near the Beverly Center, have garnered raves from noodle aficionados for years. Very traditional dishes like sansai (mountain vegetable) noodles and donburi (fried pork cutlet served on rice with egg) draw visiting and local Japanese diners to this minimalist space. Do not come here for sushi; there are a few sashimi offerings, but they're not the focus of the kitchen.Reviews from
