This "bordello meets burger bar" is nestled within one of the coolest hotels in Hollywood, The Roosevelt, so don't be surprised if you see a celebrity or two. Rich fuschia wallpaper, oxblood leather booths and glass chandeliers make up the interior, where noshing on a greasy burger seems almost illegal. A long list of gourmet cheeses and other fancy add-ons lets you customize your burger to your unique taste.

I will be back to try the breakfast sandwich and the Guiness Milkshake!
