Donut Man

Sure, there are many, many donut places in and around L.A., but this one incites passion, devotion and two-hour drives at midnight like no other donut joint. Though all of the offerings are generally found to be delicious, it's the seasonal strawberry donut that is the hands-down favorite. In late spring, when the berries are at their peak, they can be found stuffed into a split glazed donut, creating a kind of strawberry sandwich with donut bread. And in the summer, the same thing is done with peaches - and that's Donut Man's second most-popular offering.
