Engaged Observers: Documentary Photography Since the Sixties

This exhibit explores documentary photography, a genre that came into its own in the decades after World War II, blurring the lines between art and journalism. The exhibit includes work by such artists as Leonard Freed, Lauren Greenfield, Philip Jones Griffiths, Mary Ellen Mark, Susan Meiselas, James Nachtwey, Sebastião Salgado, W. Eugene and Aileen M. Smith, and Larry Towell.
