La Boum: Wednesdays at Bardot

Ana Calderon hooks up with model/actress/musician C.C. Sheffield and Michelle Hernandez for La Boum (meaning “the party” in French) every Wednesday at Bardot, the ‘20s-style glam escape above the Avalon. Ana and Sheffield take over the ones and twos for their party, but guest DJs are in-house every week, including live performances from the likes of Devendra Banhart and outrageous magicians for a monthly magic show. The party is exclusive as exclusive gets, but Ana says there’s always room for more clubbers so if you’re not one of her celebrity BFFs who got a hand-delivered invite or the special bracelet that grants you access, there’s going to be someone outside picking out the chosen few in line who are allowed in.
