One of the best kept secrets of Little Tokyo is Shabu Shabu House, where as you might guess, shabu-shabu is the specialty. The wait for a seat often exceeds an hour, but the ponzu sauce on your freshly boiled beef will have you thinking you would have waited two.Did you know? Consistantly good, been eating there since I moved to Cali in '95, have NEVER had a bad meal there, love the fact you can buy the Ponzu now.
