Los Feliz has many claims to fame in the battle for Eastside neighborhood supremacy, but one of their crown jewels is tucked between the Skylight Theatre and the Los Feliz 3. Skylight Books has been around for what seems like ages, and it's hard not to get sucked in by their eclectic yet thorough selection of magazines, graphic works, and literature. With something for nearly every sophisticated (and not-so-sophisticated) reader, Skylight also features a constant calendar of readings from authors like Mike Davis, George Saunders, Lawrence Weschler, and Sarah Vowell.
