"Get your papers before you leave"

After going to the puppy store my husband and I was very impressed on how clean it was to be a puppy store. However, it has been 2 months and we still haven't received our papers. We purchased 2 puppies! I have called numerous times. And it's always in the mail. Now they just won't answer the telephone. I am now at the point of pursuing a civil suit. When I get back from out of town this weekend I will be filing a law suit!

Even though my experience was disappointing...OB still does a really good deed by selling only sheltered puppies. So I guess one more star for selflessness.
