Description
At [Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi], a casual Italian with a star-studded clientele, the cherubic Signor Baldi cooks the food of his childhood: a smooth brown puree of borlotti beans festooned with fettuccine, tiny sweet clams and fat white beans, spaghetti in an understated tomato sauce and eggy fresh fettuccine in a musky porcini sauce.
